Company Overview

Phosphor Studio is a full-service media production facility located in the heart of Kansas City’s Crossroads Arts District. Since its establishment in 2011, the studio has been a creative hub for video, audio, and immersive media production, serving a diverse clientele that includes corporations, artists, healthcare providers, and public institutions.​
The studio offers a comprehensive suite of services encompassing every stage of the production process. Their video production capabilities span from scripting to final output, accommodating projects such as corporate videos, commercials, and remote interviews. For audio production, Phosphor Studio is equipped with a Dolby Atmos-certified sound stage, enabling the creation of immersive audio experiences for music, film, podcasts, and museum installations.
Post-production services at Phosphor Studio include video editing, color correction, visual effects, sound design, and mastering for distribution. The facility utilizes advanced tools to ensure high-quality outcomes, catering to both visual and auditory aspects of media projects.
The studio itself is a 2,000-square-foot space featuring a 20′ x 16′ infinite white cyc wall and a large green screen, suitable for a variety of production needs. Additional amenities include a mezzanine for monitoring productions, a conference room designed to facilitate creative processes, and a rooftop deck offering views of the city. The audio suite comprises a soundproof vocal booth and a control room optimized for editing and mixing.
Phosphor Studio’s team consists of seasoned professionals like Jason Orr, the Principal and Executive Producer with over 30 years of experience in media production; Royce Diamond, an Avid Certified Pro Tools Engineer and active member of the audio community; and Jesse Black, the Technical Director and Studio Manager known for his expertise in audio-visual experiences and photography.
