ReconMR is more than a job, It’s a community. You don’t stay for the work or the pay you stay for the people, the atmosphere, and compassion. They will work with you despite health problems and your responsibilities. Great for students! Diverse staff??
I have been working for ReconMR for just a short while really, but more than 6 months now. Management is great and the people I work with are pretty cool too. This is a job great for people with a complicated schedule and have physical health issues that make moving and standing a very unpleasant experience. Seasonal, Full-time as well as part-time. Students, parents, grandparents… you get the picture. We get to relax while being professional. I love working here for the MOST part. The business itself deserves the five stars. Everything about the job, people and work environment is good, it’s just sometimes we call people who just are not very nice will make everyone happy. Turnovers are just people testing the water before they take that jump, not great for the businesses that have them but it’s not the businesses fault in the case of ReconMR, some people just want to move, be more physically active than what we do here and some really don’t care for the way they are spoken to by the people we call who are not very nice. Despite those bits of the job I recommend everyone give Recon a shot. Maybe it’s not for you, or… you never know, this may just be your style. Dip your toes in and find out! This is the longest job I’ve ever had, you won’t meet better supervisors. Suuuuuuuuuper flexible work schedules and they are all very accommodating and understanding as long as you communicate. Although the work may be tedious, it isn’t exceptionally hard and there are many great opportunities for advancement in the company.
